This customer Remodeled the guest bath to accommodate their mother. Took out the cast iron tub and tile surround and installed a barrier free shower pan with tile surround. 

Closed up this squirrel playhouse.

Customer could not use their bathroom because of week floor. It was weak because it was rotten under the tile.
